On appointment we will complete a time line for the project, discuss and agree to it . We will offer

· Ensure that the project is completed and on time.

· Daily inventory control system

· Appoint a qualified Civil Engineer

· Place a site manager to ensure that there are; no wastage, no stock taken out and to ensure quality of job done.

· Appoint qualified sub-contractors if necessary

· Ensure that all building inspections are done by the local municipality

· A cash flow projection of the entire project life

· Assistance in choosing the perfect finishes that will correspond to your budget at the best possible prices

· Follow up with you at intervals that are suitable to you.

· Site tour to show you progress made on your project at times suitable to you.

 

 

 

In addition to the services above, we also do contract building. We will fund the startup process of your project before drawing on your bond. This requires a bank guaranty regarding an approved building bond by a recognized bank.
